About the Owners

COIR was founded by husband-and-wife team Kevin and Lauren Malone with a shared vision: to combine exceptional craftmanship with artistic finishes that transform ordinary surfaces into something memorable.

After years of seeing the same predictable finishes in commercial and residential spaces, we set out to build a company focused on quality, integrity and specialized decorative surfaces that stand the test of time.

Lauren brings her background rooted in design, color, texture, environmental science and architectural finishes; while Kevin brings years of hands-on construction, renovation and project management experience. Together, they combine technical precision with an artist's eye for detail, ensuring every project is completed with both durability and beauty in mind.
